The building is one of the Stockholm's most central and flexible, offering lease areas in a variety of sizes and combinations from 95 till 7 000 sqm. Every floor is approximately 1 100 sqm, with the capacity for 30–90  office seats.

In the basement there is a work out facility, a server room, archive and garage. First floor is situated 1,80 meter above ground level, and thanks to this elevation, daylight is generously penetrating also the lowest floor.
